Can learning about the brain be fun?
Neuroscience is frequently regarded as challenging and complex. To demonstrate the fun side of learning about the brain, we’re delighted to present Let’s get nervous: the board game!
Despite the fascinating and rapidly evolving nature of neuroscience, it is frequently regarded as challenging and complex. SiNAPSA’s projects and activities for neuroscience advocacy and promotion span over two decades, and we are delighted to present our newest creation – Let’s get nervous: the board game, created by SiNAPSA’s project Mens sana in capite sano and based on our translation of BrainFacts, 8th Ed. (with the permission of Society for Neuroscience).
Let’s get nervous combines the best of Ludo, Activity and Quiz. It features questions spanning three levels of difficulty, as well as challenges to stimulate the mind and get moving. Our aim is to enhance the reading experience (the box features an enclosed printed translation of BrainFacts) and demonstrate that learning is, in fact, fun! In the hopes of spreading this message as far as possible, the game-and-book set (currently only in Slovene) is available to order free of charge.
Voluntary contributions to SiNAPSA, which enable us to continue promoting and advocating for neuroscience (as well as cover postage fees for the ordered sets!), are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
